I don't know the intimate details, but you might read her book...

it's Fran Drescher, anhailla...who would have thought? She KNEW something was wrong, and it took her close to a year to get the diagnosis...imagine if she HAD listened to the others (nothing's wrong, go home)...

So sometimes, your instincts ARE correct. Do you see?

Finally, after literally hundreds of specialists, she went to see a doctor and he discovered what was wrong with her - ovarian cancer. And because she was so insistent, she was able to be treated, and lived to tell the story.

You'll never guess who that woman is.
Edit: Your answer showed up as soon as I posted this. Glad it wasn't you. What an ordeal.

My mother's story is similar, with a few exceptions:

*Instead of hundreds, it was dozens of doctors
*Rather than all of them telling her there was nothing wrong, each of them had a new diagnosis: rheumatoid arthritis, Epstein-Barr syndrome, Valley Fever, an eating disorder and depression.

The last doctor discovered terminal cancer, finally. At that point, you better believe she was depressed, in pain, and unable to eat. She weighed 87 pounds. She died four months later. She'd begun seeking treatment A YEAR earlier.

So - Anhailla's point is that the "majority" were correct, then? LAME....

They reveal their own presumptuousness when the 'demand' that we give them specifics about who did what, when, how, etc. - because THEY are so confidently 'certain' of what happened.

of course instincts can be correct..but you still need proof that they are
doctors aren't going to treat her for ovarian cancer until they KNOW she has it.

Of course not. So...you're making apologies and excuses for people who DO NOT KNOW SOMETHING FOR CERTAIN.

Make a note to yourself here.

Sorry if you can't see it. Ask SF to explain it to you.

[F Black]Hey dada and SF do you think 911 was an inside job yes or no?[/font]
Funny you keep pushing for a opinion in a thread that you started for only scientific evidence. So much for you staying on-topic in your own thread!!

You seem to think I'll answer yes or no to vague question.
Do I think it's possible that Bush may have had some kind of forewarning of the 9/11 events? YES. Is there scientific evidence to prove that? NO.

Do I think that Bush had ordered the entire thing? No. Is there scientific evidence to prove that? NO.

The fact that you and others don't like my qualified answer instead of the black and white answer you want, doesn't mean I've not answered.

It only means you don't like my answer because it doesn't fit into your myopic paradigm.
