It would appear that you are admitting that you have no emperical evidence to evaluate the quality of IQ testing and that your initial example was quite possibly biased.

I could at this point make an analogy...

You could. But I have known my subject for nearly 20 years and have a pretty good idea when he is actually telling the truth. The IQ is from long before I first knew him ... I thought they didn't hand out the test results. I had one but have no idea what I got scorewise (only hint I got was that I should be better at latin than I was).

If you take then when you're an adult the scores are crap anyways...Hell, I'm not that smart but I'd qualify for MENSA according to the few I've taken. They're only reliable for children and early teens really. The reason they're innacurate after that is because it measures your "mental age" and divides it by your "actual age" and multiplies it by 100. So if you're 20 and score at the mental age of a 30 year then your IQ would 150. Your intelligence doesn't increase much year to year after the teens...Are 45 year olds really smarter than 35 year olds??
