Now that was interesting as it also showed similar squib explosions from controlled demolitions. That could also be explained as forced air as the floors began pancaking but it was still done very well and makes you stop and think. Only problem is.....that means explosives had to be planted days in advance. Anyway the one thing about the video is that people that should have been arrested regardless of what explanation there is.....got promoted. Disgusting. really disgusting.
Those so called squibs were way too small to be explosions of any significance. In order to surgicaly sever a solid steel beam, you would need explosives large enough that there would be no mistaking them. You would see a large flash of light and hear them. look at as many videos of controlled demolitions as you like. not one of them resembles the WTC towers. including bldg 7. Those buildings collapsed. Watch it as many times as you like and from as many angles...there are no explosions.

Those squibs were just air being forced out of the lower floors like an accordian.

As far as the explosives having to be planted days in advance...Unless you had a team of 1000 explosion experts and a remodeling crew to cover their tracks, it would have taken months to rig the buildings. Many many many trucks full of explosives, paint and sheetrock, and a shitload of equipment....someone would have saw something.

Top floors colliding into bottom floors. Would you say there was an equal and opposite reaction? The large weight, plus gravity, would have produced exactly what force? Would that force have been enough to bulldoze through the bottom part, which was supported by the ground, without slowing down?

Isn't it more likely, if any collapse were to happen, the steel beams themselves would have been bent out of shape and mangled, rather than fracturing? If the bottom beams collided with part of the top which was not steel, wouldn't it have impaled the weaker material?
Everyone has seen a newtons cradle.

It demonstrates how momentum is transfered through stationary objects almost instantly.

Think about 40 stories of steel and concrete falling just 12 short feet onto a structure below that was designed to only support a static load that is MUCH less than the dynamic force just exerted on it.

the last link shows some striking things.

I have to agree....but I can see why so many are convinced, especially if you saw the video that was compared to the WTC buildings. They looked nearly identical.

I honestly think many of these folks are convinced because they WANT to believe it.

I keep hearing talk about a new investigation, but we all know that they wont accept any other conclusion but "Inside Job"

But at the same time Brian we should not pigeon hole an entire group just because some cant get past the tin foil hat comments. While many of these truthers do believe that they crashed a huge jet filled with fuel and set off squibs and that everyone from the CIA to the Pentagon was involved discussion of the subject isn't such a bad thing. I just wouldn't say they completely wrong. Nor are we.

I agree, Discussion of the subject is a good thing.

It seems that it's impossible for many of them to remain rational and avoid the tin foil hat.

They can't debate the subject on the facts and they either rfuse or are incapable of debating the technical and logistics of their hypothesis.

Many simply don't see it as a hypothesis. They buy into it completely. A little like Chicken Little. "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!
