Ptech & I have had this discussion before on the RT threads. Although I can't explain how bldg 7 went down, I think the truth is WTC was never really up to code from the bombing. I think corners were cut to get the place back open in a hurry. Then when they realized how expensive it would be to really fix the place, they kinda just forgot about it... Sorta like the levees in New Orleans, safe construction costs money, and dead people don't cost so much...
