You would have me believe that because of their chosen professions they are somehow unqualified to exercise common sense in counsel with certain experts.

The simple answer is yes.
Using your "logic" A meat cutter could do heart surgery as long as the surgeon was on the phone!

Some people confuse him with Graham Parker or the Alan Parsons Project ... there's not much on YouTube as he predates music videos ... this one is a combination of the photo shoot for their first album and a lipsynching TV appearance. Parsons is the guy in the hat with drug references on his Nudie suit....
