I have always had Jewish friends, and still do. There are many ordinary Jews who are active in promoting some sort of humane and just treatment for the Palestinians.

Sometimes religion makes me nauseous, but I digress.

As for the involvment of Israel in various "conspiracy theories", there does seem to be some evidence of that. It is interesting how many Israeli citizens are in high places in the US government, and how few Irish citizens there are in that capacity. Or Italian citizens, to confine it to countries with "I" as the first letter in their name.

Chertoff and Zakheim, to name only 2. The big question for me is, who is the lapdog and who is the master: Israel or the US?

Chertoff and Zakheim were both born in the United States. They are both American citizens. What makes them "Israeli citizens" is an Israeli law that automatically confers citizenship to anyone born of a parent who held Israeli citizenship. Even though his mother had emigrated to the United States, Israeli citizenship is considered permanent unless explicitly revoked. All Michael Chertoff did to become an Israel citizen was be born (and in the US), something he had absolutely no control over. If Ireland or Italy passed a law conferring automatic citizenship to anyone born to a parent who held citizenship in those countries respectively (even after emigrating), you'd see a lot more of those Americans with dual citizenship.

This is the kind of bullshit that Jew haters use to smear people with. Anyone with a Jewish ancestry that does anything they disapprove of becomes cast as a Zionist controlled slave who would sell out country, friends, and family for their Zionist masters.

These kind of tactics are more than just nauseating.

Are there any other countries that have a similar citizenship program, and I wonder if there are any high office holders here with citizenship of those countries?

Sigh, in one ear, right out the other. Ptech doesn't even bother spending a brief moment of time to actually comprehend what the meaning of Chertoff's dual citizenship is. It is little more than the right to an Israeli citizenship, a right which Chertoff did not ask for and has not exercised. He remains an American citizen and continues to exercise his rights as an American. If North Korea passed a law giving everyone with the surname of Bush automatic citizenship in its country, would we talk about Bush as having dual citizenship (except as a joke)?

Attack Chertoff's policies. Attack Chertoff's performance and actions as Secretary of Homeland Security. But this dual citizenship crap is just that, crap. It's a slur against him because of his Jewish heritage.

The historical background of the state of Israel has no doubt given it some fairly unique immigration and citizenship laws and regulations. You'd have to investigate the policies of other countries but I see little point in such an exploration when the issue of Chertoff’s so called dual citizenship is a meritless attack.
