What would be the purpose of knowingly putting that date on Nero's passport? Do you think it's a hidden message? and if so, for whom? and why would they put it in a movie?

I have a hi-def TV and I stopped it and tried to make it out but it was pretty much unreadable. I wonder who found this out? This movie is 8 years old

Even so, why put it in the movie?

Are they taunting someone? And if so, that sounds a lot like something a serial killer would do to the police. If you were truly running some sort of global conspiracy, seems kind of irresponsible to give out subtle clues.
