Some INDEPENDENT investigators. Someone without a vested interest. The sort of people they are supposed to be looking for when they form a jury. It shouldn't be run by the Truthers any more than it should be run by the current administration. As for paying for it ... do you have any idea how much more money was spent on the Clinton/Lewinsky investigation compared with the original 9/11 Commission exercise?

How is that vague? Presumably who gets picked for a jury depends on the case. You wouldn't chose 12 addicts to consider a drug case. You'd need people with open minds. You'd need people like the President and Vice President to give evidence under oath. You'd need to look at everything ... not just things that fit one scenario or another.
