What's a screaming golf ball? Never heard of it.

But teri - you have to sing or say the word "hummmmmmmmmmm" as you're exhaling all the way down til your breath is gone, (not just in your head - I started doing it wrong before).

I've never really tried this, other than maybe some yoga cool down. I used to have a meditation tape that was kind of a conscious relaxation exercise. I'm going to give this a go.

The natives are a little calmer today . . . so far. Thanks everyone. I think we could all use some stress relievers this time of year. I went shopping and bought SHOES (well boots actually) . . . on sale. So, that helped.

I want to know more about this screaming golf ball too.

I had my surgery in Birmingham and there's a spot there I want as the cover of my first novel if ever I get it published.

Five Points.

The nurse I started seeing while rehabbing my knee lived out in this other cool area, Vulcan I think.

5-Points: Looks like a pentagram because of the old tracks, church at the top of the pentagram with a fountain out front a half ass half human is reading from a book to all the other forrest animals gathered around; very Satanic looking, especially with the church right there. My first novel is called The Church, having a human sacrifice twist among the twists.
