I guess they have never been to Tampa. we have 5 parades a year just to get drunk and throw beads.

deputize myself? OK Can I pull over the people texting who are looking out the windshield between words? At least the drunk people are watching the best they can, they don't want to get caught! Meanwhile some gamer is sliding into a family of six because he was almost to level nine...
