Were you ever close to drowning as a child? Any phobias about water that you know of? Any chance you might have thought your GF was pregnant within the past month or two? Do you have fatherhood issues?

Well, judging by that I would say your dream is simply trying to work out unresolved issues from your past. The breathing underwater is showing you that you did not die, and you have nothing to be afraid of from your past near drowning experience, the pleading the fifth, well, we'll let that go, at least you should since that appears to be the reasoning for the babies erupting, and as for your terror when it comes to spiders it appears as though your dream chose that to emphasize that you are quite possibly afraid of being a father before you are ready to be one.

This is a Camel Spider in Iraq. It's actually not a spider but is in the scorpian family. Wouldn't want it crawling on me!

Maybe you sense your girfriend has a spidery nature [black widow type].

There is something referred to as a sea spider, but they're pretty harmless in real life and they look like nothing but legs.

That the dream's in the water often refers to being in the spirit world.
