Bullshit. I've got a couple of packs still sitting in my cupboard that I bought about a decade ago when I had the flu. I can't even eat that shit when I'm sick.

Ramen noodles with the soup packet is very bad for you. It has about a zillion milligrams of sodium...which can damage your vascular system and eventually lead to arteriosclerosis. Throw it out, it ain't worth it.

your ramen noodles just tucked their tails between their legs and shrunk away. they've been buzz-killed.

I buy large amounts of Ramen noodles. I use them to make chow mien as a side dish to stir fry or orange chicken from Trader Joe's.

Sometimes I eat Ramen as just noodles alone with the packet but I add it with water just to coat the noodles a little and then dump it all out. Most of the time if I am using anything else I just throw away the pack

Ramen is versital because it's just cooked noodles. Add a cheese sauce with Italian cheeses and it's great!

I like to add broccoli and onion cuts with a little margarine then sprinkle the top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

But usually I do a 2 minute boil. then fry in a nonstick pan with a little oil and bachcoi with onions chopped up for a simple chow mien.
