The end of his lecture is what got me. Him saying he was giving the lecture for his kids hit me hard.

thank you! that is a truly remarkable man...he's very generous to be sharing his life with the rest of us like that...i recently missed the third part of an apology, the how to make it right part, i feel like a complete ass about it, but i'm glad he put that in his lecture so i know where not to make the same mistake if i ever screw up again (which i'm sure will happen from time to time since i'm only human)...some very inspirational words, and i learned something from it...thanks again

Yes, I agree about the third part of an apology. Don't think I ask too often (if ever) how can I make it.

i know...i've not had to apologise in recent times except for the other day and according to him, i botched it completely...my total bad and it makes me incredibly sad!!! however, it is still worthy of accolades, moving us to be better people, i really like the near end of his lecture though, "if you lead your life the right way, the karma will take care of itself"....i always try to live by the mottos "if you live your life right, then you can't be wrong" and "only be who you are, not what others try to make you be"....
