and a little depressed. I've either got the stomach flu or food poisoning - feel gross. I'm bored. I have no cable. My head hurts.

You probably have that flu that's going around. I'm just getting over it. Starts with a bad headache and stomach & digestive distress. Try to eat chicken soup and dry toast. Stay hydrated.

NO i can't eat anything now...too sick...just the thought is making me feel sick. It's weird, I was ok for most of the day but around this time lastnight I felt nauseous and threw up twice...wtf

when you start feeling a bit better, try some peanut butter toast...when i was sick a few weeks back, it really helped, plus the protein in the peanut butter made my body feel a lot better...for now, just drink some warm chicken broth, and maybe have an orange popsicle or 2
