I usually just sleep and drink alot a liquids...

If I remember I just try to avoid it the night before. I would take Alka-Seltzer right before bed and that would usually avoid it.

In my youth, oh god that sounds so bad, I just started drinking again. Made all the pain go away, until the next morning. and so on.

Nowadays? Liquids, aspirin and sleep.
