Daniel Thompson, 31, was so upset by the sex, profanity and violence in movies today that he opened a video store in Orem, Utah, offering major Hollywood films but with the objectionable parts manually removed. Hollywood studios got a court order shutting down the store in December because of copyright infringement, and in January, Thompson was arrested after police said he paid two 14-year-old girls for sex. Well apparently the reason he was so upset with sex, profanity and violence in movies is because he felt it would prevent people from doing them in real life.

I heard that Blockbuster used to edit out some scenes it judged too offensive for their stores. I don't know if that's true or not.

So did this guy just tape over scenes he found 'offensive' or did he physically clip the section of tape out of the cassette... to be spliced together with hundreds of other clips for his own personal enjoyment?

I think there´s a need for more public topless-allowed beaches (or lakes in this case) over there. The more a repressed society the more dickheads like this guy manage to flourish around. Course he maybe a mormon....
