Outsourcing jobs and job loss

I am requesting honest answers to solve the problem of American jobs moving out of this country.

I feel the main reasons for these companies to be moving are less taxes, lower salaries, and more lax environmental conditions. I personally feel it is good to offer tax incentives to bring jobs into a community which will hire many employees. We sometimes do get a little carried away with environmental restrictions. We need sound but not unreasonable environmental restrictions. We must also keep in mind that corporate greed causes unions and union greed causes corporations to move to other countries. Surely there is a middle ground that can be taken.

One answer to the companies that move to another country to produce a product that is sold back to this country is to have an additional import tax placed on that company besides the normal import taxes from other nations. This could take away some of the incentives that a company would have for moving to another country.

I am a victim of this as my old company kept down sizing and finally left due to the restrictions imposed on them. Environment is important but not if everyone is starving while they enjoy it.

The sad thing is that in many cases these restrictions are not helping the environment. There are many government inspectors state and federal that unfortunately are trying to justify their jobs. If a inspector does not find fault then his supervisor feels he is not doing his job rather than the company is doing as intended.

Companies are just like people in their thinking as they will operate as close to violations as they can get away with so it is necessary to keep watch on them but do it with reason.

Ummm, that is a difficult question. let me go way out off topic (or maybe not) and talk a bit of recent history. My grandparents (and their children) went from having a pleasant life raising their crops in their own land to suddenly having to sell roots door to door. Early thirties. Just 3 or 4 years before my father was born. I can guess you know the reason.
But eventually they were able to raise their kids and carry on.
WWII made the US citizens work like horses, not to mention how hard working (and with minimum wages) yet productive it was during the fifties and up until mid sixties.
Then came the Japanese. Though they recieved tons of money for rebuilding their country, as soon as 1972-73 they already kicked major ass in the busyness world, General Motors were shocked. I remember reading about the salaries of both US and Japanese top executives around the mid eighties on some newspaper and it was shocking to say the least if you compared them. Of course nowadays Corea is doing the same to them. The same is happening in Europe. Of course we all need to have the latest gadgets, the best cars, bikes, clothes, shoes, houses, furniture, etc. Yeah, this all I´m sure it sounds demagogic, but it´s true. Who nows, maybe a good recession even worse than the last ones will make people turn off their PC´s and move their asses.

IMO i think Elaw is pointless. But that's cause I had to sit though it -.-

Most companies have whats called "vouchers" or pollution cards which allow them to exchange w/ eachother the amount of polution they can spout out in tons a yr.
