I, too, feel some sympathy.

Fame and wealth can be very difficult to handle, and it seems more difficult when it comes to one early in life.

I did see the statistics recently that appear to show the more abstinence only is taught, the greater the rate of teenage pregnancy.

Fame often extolls a heavy price...especially when people are young. We have read umpteen stories about young stars who eventually crash and burn. It's a shame really. Sometimes even the strongest of family structures are powerless to prevent it.

Just wanted to interject her name is Jamie Lynn...not Britney's little sister.

IMO, celebrities shouldn't flaunt their stance on sexuality period. Let children have access to educational resources that are broader than abstinence only programs and I suspect people won't be "in shock!" a few months after they begin dating or whatever. Or just scare everyone and say it's in the water...
