Laura Bush is on CNN right now, talking about how she begins the White House Christmas planning IN MARCH. I've been wondering who's behind Christmas decorations now going up the day after Halloween...as per usual, Top Down.

They choose a theme that is important to both her and the President. This year's theme is National Parks.

Imagine if other events were planned out as well as the WH Christmas decorations. If only...but what's more important than appearances?
