Is this funny or what?
It's sometimes funny how candidates statements get used.
Edwards detractors say "he will not do what he says he will do." Huckabee supporters say "he will not do what he said he would", sometimes adding "so see? there really isn't anything to worry about." Is this not glaringly obvious in a morbidly humorous sort of way or is it just me? At least even the wingnuts recognize that Edwards is raising pertinently moral issues. Given their religious superpowers why do they seem unable to come up with a candidate who demonstrates moral values and is sincere about them, if Edwards is not. Instead we get Huckabee who at one time claimed that everyone with HIV should be quarantined. This must really get their panties in a wad for everyone to see how far THEIR moral values have carried them. |
