Forgiveness is a virtue.

There is another side of using fear, pain and death to deal with crime: it creates a 'point-of-no-return'.

Yes for normal people----for politicians I think history would suggest that they think that forgiveness is a license to repeat the same crimes again!

Hilary Clinton annoyed me tonight with one thing.

"The difference between a politician and a statesman is, a politician looks to the next election and a Statesman looks to the next generation".

She has been looking to Super Tuesday and had written off S.C.....looking to the next election.(Did not make me happy!)

I've been out all night, following the results on my cell phone.

Thank you, South Carolina.

My home state did me proud tonight.

Wouldn't it be nice to have one as president and the other as VP?

Yeah---did not even give her own concession speech! Basically---"fuck SC--you don't vote for me then FUCK YOU!" is the attitude and the message. There is NOTHING gracious about a candidate who does not think that those who just voted for her are worthy of a thank you!

Bet they won't being running out to support her again if she gets the nomination!

Unless, of course, someone could give me an alternative way this could be viewed.

I wish I could. I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally wish I could. Who writes her speeches? They should be fired!

As a Hilary Clinton supporter I wanted to hear her say that Barrack and Edwards ran a good campaign and then thank South Carolina for the votes she got. No, instead I heard (and I skipped Bill's speech) Nothing but campaigning for February 5th. Just Rambling on and on like she was trying to focus on something else. I am not that stupid. ( I am slightly drunk...but not that stupid) She made me very angry that she was so uninspiring that she was cut off by the networks.

If she doesn't acknowledge the efforts of her opponents and that she did not win....it is as if she is trying to make people look the other way. Did she even congratulate Obama. I didn't hear it. That is VERY important to me.

Ok, she did congratulate Obama and she did thank SC for "inviting them into their homes"

in like the first 5 seconds of her speech which was then burried by rhetoric.
