Richter-I saw KO discuss this on the SotU msnbc coverage last night and it was said that there was no video of the event.
The (AP?) fotog said that it was clear that he avoided shaking her hand so KO said we'll have to trust him on that.

You're "about" to? What are you waiting for, then? Lehrer is on every night at 7 eastern. NPR runs all day. They both have podcasts, numerous in the case of NPR.

Of course, by vowing your exclusive allegiance to PBS and NPR, you'll miss out on a lot of coverage. Debates, campaign speeches, endorsement rallies, coverage on election nights, etc., etc.

I'm sure you took that into account.
