Immunity for the Telecom's is really not my concern.
Sue 'em - don't sue 'em. A case can be made for or against them working with the Bush Adm.

More concerning is geting some real checks on the warrantless wiretaps.
Why can't we go back to FISA approval in 72 hours?
Are there THAT many new taps happening every day that would clog the courts?

I doubt it. It's more like NSA and the Spooks wanna go on fishing expeditions, without bothering to show due/probable cause.

I've got an idea... how about we, the people, figure out how to prevent government wiretaps. I mean like, on our end... technologically. At the same time, we should sue the government for breaching our constitutional rights (if possible).
