Hillary Admits Fox News Is Fair

In a surprising admission, Hillary Clinton says Fox News Channel has actually been fairer to her presidential campaign than liberal MSNBC.

Clinton stated in an interview that aired on station WJLA in Washington, D.C., that her staff had delivered to her “some independent study” suggesting that “in terms of the fairness of the coverage,” Fox has treated her campaign more fairly than MSNBC.

Clinton was responding to a question from politico.com’s John Harris about MSNBC’s David Shuster, who was suspended last week for saying that Hillary’s daughter Chelsea had been "pimped out" by the Clinton campaign by asking her to phone superdelegates on her mother's behalf.

Clinton said: “I really am troubled by this pattern of behavior and comments that you hear on MSNBC.”

Hillary has sent a letter to the president of NBC criticizing what she called a "troubling pattern of demeaning treatment" of her campaign by the network's cable arm.

THANKS FOR PROVING TWO THINGS WITH THIS THREAD:

a) fox news, like you, mud, and all right wingers, desperately wants hillary to win the nomination because she's the right's ONLY hope of getting an opportunity to steal another election.

b) hillary clinton is sooooooo fucking desperate and two-faced that she'd sell her soul to buddy up to fox news.

Her full comment, "Well," she said, "there was some independent study that my staff sent me -- we didn't do it -- but it was some independent study which seemed to suggest that, that in terms of the fairness of the coverage -- you know, look, I'm a mom first. I'm a candidate second. And, you know, I really am troubled by this pattern of behavior and comments that you hear", was in response to a question about this report from the Center for Media and Public Affairs, making the issue a bit more complicated than the typical dumbing down offered by Newsmax and Mr. Mud.

Also from the report:
... FOX stands out for having the heaviest and most issue-oriented election coverage. The first half-hour of “Special Report” has devoted 7 hours 52 minutes to election news since mid-December, an average of over 11 minutes per night, nearly half the newscast after commercial breaks. By contrast, the broadcast networks have averaged 5 hrs 8 min, or seven minutes a night.

FOX was also twice as substantive as the broadcast networks. Almost one-third of all stories on FOX (30%) dealt with policy issues, nearly double the proportion (16%) on the networks. FOX also carried less coverage of the horse race and candidate tactics than any of broadcast networks.
Emphasis mine.

Where Fox acquired this sudden, and no doubt temporary, bit of responsibility is not discussed.

But your avatar says she's a commie why wouldn't she endorse Fox.

It helps explain why the she held only the less educated voters attention of a minute----now she has lost them too.

It also explains why Hillary will not get the vote of MANY people in this election or any other!

She has lost---unless she can get 57% or more of all the votes in all the rest of the states---and there is nothing whatsoever gracious about her.

Obama lost New Hampshire and merely said that Hillary out campaigned him there. Hillary has now blamed everything but the kitchen sink! (Or and good ole "blow me"Bill

People need to realize that Hillary Clinton is a right winger. She was a Goldwater girl for christs sake.

I've noticed it too. Very surprising - even O'Reilly has been evenhanded with both Dem camps.

MSNBC - I love it, but the coverage is very uneven
( not just w/Hillary) in many respects.
