If the people's voice were paramount, Super Delegates wouldn't exist.

If money talks, it argues even better.

especially with the level of spending in this campaign.
Republicans will rightly point to the obscene amounts of money being spent by Candidates Of Change-Including-Elimination-of-Poverty on self-promotion and in-house brawling.

I don't know. they don't HAVE to re-do it.
But the opportunity is there.
The states pay for their primary's, but Mi. could petition for the candidates to contribute.

If you ( not you personally) are gonna say money trumps the vote; ur gonna lose that debate.

The Obama folks always have said " If Obama could have campaigned in those states - the votes would be different"

well here's his chance. Schedule it in June, so they have time to set up organizations

hmm. i don't know the negotiations that went down .
but the DNC said if they shcedule before Super Tues, they would be penalized.

The RNC said the same, but only penalized the states by 1/2 the delegates. so the problem isn't as acute.

The DNC put itself in this box, I don't see how they can't allow a new primary.
The ppls votes can be heard, the candidates can campaign.
It' hard to argue against this.

I'll say it.

Money trumps the vote.

Money trumps democracy.

Money trumps religion.

Money trumps relationships.

Money trumps social security-in-the-good-way-of-a-society-being-secure.

Money trumps human life.

Did I leave anything out?

It' hard to argue against this.
Then finish the scheduled primaries out, and schedule one more Really Super Tuesday...letting ALL the states vote again, with ALL the candidates on the ballot.

Now that everyone's gettin' a better idea of what's at stake.

People are allowed to change their minds, yes? Certainly, delegates are. A changed vote is still a person's voice...surely candidates and inquiring minds at the DNC WANT the most accurate count possible as to how the people REALLY feel.

The Democrats could admit that they fucked up, and do the whole thing over.

No more campaigning state-by-state...just a nationwide re-count.

It's hard to argue against that, too, if we are actually interested in the Will of the People.

Money be damned. We're saving democracy here, so we don't have to instill it by force there.

It is sickening to me how you or anyone believe that PEOPLE'S votes can arbitrarily be denied by anyone or anything?????

The VOTERS in these states did nothing wrong!

They are American citizens entitled to vote!

If it was possible to have anyone's votes arbitrarily taken away, for any reason whatsoever, then what would be the point of voting?????
