If ANOTHER primary is held AFTER that day, and the candidates are free to camapign, then the DNC's criteria are then met.

The DNC can't afford to just kiss off FLA. and Mi.
If the states are willing to do it over, and meet the DNC's criteria, there is no reason not to do it.
Nope. No deal. Another primary still rewards them. There is a COMPLETELY different dynamic now with just the two candidates. I dont know when they were originally scheduled but I think some of the other candidates might have still been in it.

new primaries are bull!! they should just seat the delegates at the convention so all 50 states are represented and maintain the original rules that those delegates do not get a vote....otherwise, it's going to end ugly regardless of the results...
Very good points! I agree! But being in Michigan......

If Obama wins -so be it.
Edwards is gone - so he's not a factor.

The Florida Dem's are willing to have a full campaign on both sides.
Denying the Florida voters, especially if the DNC rules are met
( a new primary - full campign with plenty of time for organization, and campaigns) is a petty decision ( no -not THAT Petty)
