It appears this is in FACT.....NOT true......yet. It has been talked about since 1998 but since the Iranian President has become more outspoken against Israel there have been suggestions that this be revived for further discussion. No Treaty as yet exist as far as I can find, but talk of one is prevalent.

Here is what I found;

An Israel-United States Defense Pact?

The US-Israel Strategic Alliance – Part I

Clinton's Iran Attack Comments Contradict Earlier Statements
Huffington Post April 22

Quote:
Hillary Clinton caused a stir yesterday with her controversial remarks about Iran. Clinton said we would "totally obliterate" Iran if they ever attacked Israel with nuclear weapons.

She defended these comments later that night on Countdown with Keith Olbermann. (Watch the video here.)

Today, Jake Tapper of ABC News notes that her Iran threats are quite a departure from, even contradicting, her earlier, cautious statements:

Quote:
During a debate on MSNBC last October, moderator Brian Williams asked Clinton what her "red line" would be "concerning when to, if to attack Iran? What would make it crystal-clear in your mind that the United States should attack Iran?"

Clinton at the time wouldn't answer the question, even when pressed by Williams, who had to come back at her after she gave a lengthy non-responsive answer.
"Respectfully, Senator," Williams said, "same question though: Do you have a threshold...?

Clinton would only say, "I want to start diplomacy....I am not going to speculate about when or if they get nuclear weapons."

Hrc has made so many flip flops (like this one, documented by abc) and repetitive misspeaks (Bosnian sniper fire) that voters are starting to smell a rat.

See?

No one can keep up with the misspeaks and missteps and no one really cares anymore, either.

The Clintons are soooooooo 20th century.

Wow, now trying to blame sexism bias for mistakes of the campaign.

This constant victim card playing is an embarrassment to women.

This was headline news all over the world, yet barely mentioned here in America. This should have been enough to completely end her campaign, for all practical purposes.
I listen to German news regularly and they basically thought she had completely lost her mind, the campaign had been too tough on her mental stability, and it was the end for her.
If any Republican candidate, past or present, had stated something this crazy, they'd be tatooed as a right-wing nut case.
Yet what we heard about the most was "bittergate". (?!!??!?) Unbelievable.
Which do you watch.??? I watch the journal on link when I can....... Much better than even the bbc although they cover most of the same issues..... That IMO just goes to show just how far to the wackO right this country is..........

What if CHina or Russia talked shit like that............. They would be advocating bases on the moon..................

It was truly disgusting to see the coordinated talking points about sexism led by none other than Geraldine Ferarro.
