the candidate who owes nothing?
Money is only a small commodity in DC.
power is the real instrument of transaction.

Any politician will have to wheel and deal to be effective.
When it comes to aquiring, and using power, then we'll see, who starts to owe what.
On this Alone I give Hillary the edge.

We're talking money here, campaign donations, ok?

I can see why Obama supporters would be tempted to take a switch to you.

Ms. Clinton has conducted a stunningly incompetent campaign, full of amateur mistakes, the absurdity of the Bosnian Sniper being only the latest. No one expects her to be more or less than human, but those who support her should expect someone with the political talent at her disposal to run a professional and effective campaign, if only as an indication of how she would act as president. She has done a remarkably poor job thus far.
She still will be a better option than Mr. McCain, in spite of this monstrosity of a campaign.

grow up. I suppose you are unable to understand satire.
Do you think I was actually copping to "typical white boy" when I've condemed the remark?

But I would expect as much from your small mind

Funny, the person starting a thread whining about the Hillary supporters leaving here and invoking race right off the bat is telling someone else to grow up, and accusing someone else of having a small mind...

And, it's a little late to go to the "satire" defense. This is the "Election Center" folder. If you were joking, then this thread should be transferred to the "Corner Bar", or some other folder designed for goofing around. But you weren't joking, and you know it. That's why you put this thread right here on the main page, so your gripe fest could be seen by everyone.

And you would be correct. Political whores like Hillary are bought and sold and traded like a commodity of any other sort.

We need a President not someone who can be traded like pork futures.

How would someone who misuses the word satire in one sentence then turn around in the next and call some one else small minded?

What is "satirical" about you calling yourself a typical white boy? When you grow up will you be any brighter?

Did I use the wrong term? Is that what they call it in commodities ---- trading? Or are they only bought and sold?
