Hmm, let me get this straight. I've seen candidates criticized for dodging the draft (Clinton), for avoiding meaningful service (Bush II), for disavowing military service and experience (Kerry). Now I actually read someone criticizing McCain for being a "bad soldier" because his plane was shot down.

Thankfully, someone pointed out to me that McCain was a bad soldier for getting his plane shot down. I was only going to vote for him if Hillary was the dem nominee. Now that it's been pointed out to me that McCain was a bad soldier, I'll vote for the Libertarian nominee if it comes down to those two.

Okay they tortured turned him and he became "Songbird". But then why did he obfuscate the POW issue as a Senator rather than doing what it takes to bring the POW's, his brothers in arms home ?
