Okay so Bush isnt a mesmerizing speaker. In fact he does not speak that well. But neither did my second favorite president - Jimmy Carter. The great speaker presidents have also been adulterers and scoundrels.

You get too personal with President's. They have a job to do. If they fail at their job, whether they are 'good people' or not, they failed at the job. Bush has done more than fail. He failed and then built on failure something into straight negatives.

People vote for a president based on how 'good' they feel about him or her (in addition to their positions on the issues).

Bush has kept us safe since 911 and it is a great achievement. He has also challenged convention and attempted to establish a stable, democratic and capitalist state in the middle of the crazy assed Middle East. Brilliant. Simply brilliant. Viva la Bush.
