Crushing Hillary's Racist Hopes!! LOL!!!

LAT Poll: Rev. Wright flap might have helped Barack Obama in Pa.

Well, it was hard to see this one coming. A new L.A. Times/Bloomberg poll just released on the website found that 24% of likely Pennsylvania voters thought more highly of Barack Obama after his handling of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright controversy, while 15% said they thought less of him. The vast majority -- 58% -- said it made no difference.

The poll was conducted in the next three states to hold primaries -- Pennsylvania on April 22, and North Carolina and Indiana on May 6. In Indiana, reaction to Obama's handling of the controversy were slightly reversed, with 23% saying they thought less of him and 20% saying they thought more highly. But 56% said it had no effect. In North Carolina, 27% said they thought more highly, 20% said they thought less of Obama and 51% said it didn't matter.

And in what can only be seen as a message to the superdelegates who will likely decide who gets the Democratic nomination, majorities in all three states said they believe the superdelegates should back whichever candidate won the popular vote in the superdelegate's state. So much for the "vote your heart" argument.

There's some other interesting morsels in there too -- such as Obama closing to within five points of Clinton in Pennsylvania, though the poll was conducted April 10-14 while the "bitter" controversy was playing out. Obama also had a five-point lead in Indiana, a Rust Belt state that should be playing to Clinton's strength among working-class voters, and a 13-point lead in North Carolina. The leads in Pennsylvania and Indiana were within the poll's margin of error.

Another surprise: The number of undecideds. In Pennsylvania, 12% said they still didn't know for whom they were voting, a category that jumped to 19% in Indiana and 17% in North Carolina. That means in each state the undecideds exceeded the gap between the two contenders.

Here is a link to the Politico.com story What Clinton Wishes She Could Say:

What Clinton wishes she could say - John F. Harris and Jim VandeHei - Politico.com

One of the writers was on Hardball last night. The story pussyfoots around what I suspect Bill and Hillary and Chelsea Clinton are all telling the superdelegates daily.

Obama Fans hurl the label Racist anyone who is not an Obama Fan.

It is not one bit different, conceptually, than neoconservatives saying 'You're with us, or you're with the terrorists.'

And Barack Obama has done NOTHING to stem this bit of new-millennium McCarthyism.

From Daily Kos today:

The Clinton concern trolls (see Bayh, Evan) are fond of telling us all the things the super delegates should consider when choosing between Clinton and Obama. For example, they're supposed to overturn the will of the primary electorate because Obama's preacher said something craaaazy that one time.

Then they're supposed to overturn the will of the primary electorate because Obama quoted Thomas Frank's What's the Matter With Kansas -- even though the book was the darling of the progressive establishment in 2005 and no one accused Frank of being "elitist" back then, those Clinton concern trolls quoting the book's themes approvingly (see Clinton, Bill).

But that game looks like fun. Here, let me have a turn! Here's some things the supers should consider when making their decisions:

1.) When a Democrat has message discipline with the Republican nominee and the entire VRWC, perhaps there's some disconnect?

Notice how McCain and Fox News didn't pile on Clinton after her Bosnia fantasies. The reason is obvious -- the VRWC doesn't want Obama to win. It's cute that Clinton and her former (and future) tormentors have all found temporary common ground against Obama, but let's not fool ourselves that this is anything more than a situational alliance.

2.) You want numbers that should scare supers in deciding whether to support Obama or Clinton?

Rasmussen (4/15 daily tracking)

Favorable Unfavorable
McCain 53 45
Clinton 43 54
Obama 49 49

CBS/NYT (3/28-4/2)

Favorable Unfavorable
McCain 35 29
Clinton 38 39
Obama 43 24

NBC/WSJ (3/28-31)

Positive Negative
McCain 45 25
Clinton 37 48
Obama 49 32

Who do you think is more "electable"? The candidate people like, or the candidate people don't like?

3.) Nationally, Obama is increasing his leads over Clinton. Perhaps it's because people really don't like to be told that they're "optimistic" about being screwed over economically.

They're getting a good chance to see who is really out of touch. And hint, it's not the person who didn't bank $109 million
-------------------------------------

Please note who has the highest negatives in all three polls.

You hard core bigots need to get a grip or a boat! (or in your case maybe just another truck to cruise the backwoods with)! Just because YOUR racism has been identified does not mean ALL Obama supporters do anything to ALL non Obama supporters.

Get Real.

And check this out----you racist assholes need to stop think that anyone, but ESPECIALLY any African American has some sort of responsiblity to solve a problem that your ancestors created and you perpetuate!

If you give a shit about racism in America form a frigging self help group! YOU need the help! MOST of America has moved beyong you. Either work on your issues or do the same thing your ancestors did---wait to die off!

Far from a no-holds-barred affair, the Democratic contest has been an exercise in self-censorship.
I don't buy it. Hillary has in fact dug for all the dirt she could find, came up virtually empty, except for Wright [which Obama deflated nicely] and then still hurled everything she could.

I'M a baby? Good one.

I have been stridently opposed to Hillary Clinton from Day One.

Whether she's winning or losing, however, doesn't change that Obama Fans hurl the label Racist at anyone who is not an Obama Fan.
