Nopes, my advice is to effectively communicate.

Its a relevant issue. Elections don't matter at all if Blackwater pulls it off.

I heard that wise crack first on Bill Maher and it rings true to some extent. He does sound like he wants to sell you a big American sedan. As for the lawyer thing, I merely found it interesting that a trial lawyer turns populist and I made a note of it. As to whether he was a lawyer helping the good guys or not is up for debate, which to date I have not participated in.

Did I misrepresent something about John Edwards? I feel like im missing something here. I merely stated that I got a 'vibe' that he was a phony. I believe it was on the day he made his first satellite appearance on Bill Maher that I came off thinking to myself, 'ex hedge fund guy turns populist? Huh?'. After the segment, I quote Bill 'He's not the brightest tool in the shed'.

Ill probably stick with Obama, even if he is Cheney's kin.

(1) being a lawyer and being a populist are not necessarily two things (2) He didn't turn populist, he has always been populist.

Yes, you did. If you knew more than how he came off to you (the importance of which I don't deny) you'd know the two things I mention above.

Yeah he should just go make another mint or two and forget all of us.
A big place in Switzerland and he can forget everyone here.

I can see why he'd want to take a job for $400K because he's
failed at everything else, if he really didn't want to.

I bet he'll complain that he has to quit so he can go back to
making good money too.

Two elections were already lost without Blackwater and no one
did a thing. You think people are going to fight Blackwater come
election time? You must have a lot of guns -- have a good time Rambo.

Glad I get mine in the mail, so I don't have to be in line near you.

If Obama falls apart and Edwards is running strong come the primary, id be willing to throw my support behind him.

To be honest, I don't even own a firearm.

I got no dog in the Race. I like them all for different reasons.

My only concern is electability

Every one of them would be a large step up from G.W.

Assuming that Rudy is destroyed by growing knowledge of his ACTUAL 9/11 record, that leaves Romney, Thompson, et al.

The question of what happens in the privacy of the voting booth visa vie a black candidate or a female candidate, must be asked about a mormon candidate.

Thompson doesn't look like he really wants the job.

Huckabee doesn't believe in evolution.

Where the democrats hurt their chances, I think, is in their own attacks of the front runner at this point, no matter who that would be.

Assuming Hillary gets the nomination, will the republicans no use clips from that recent debate in ads against her?

This is why it annoys me so much when Edwards attacks her by misrepresenting her position.

There are two ways to try to get more votes than your opponent. One is try to convince people your opponent is bad. Doing that in the primary may well come back to haunt your candidate in the general.

The Edwards camp brought up Hillary's "electability" problem. Let's fast forward to the general, if she's the nominee, and ad after ad after ad of John Edwards attacking her in that debate are played, and they prove to be her "swift boat"

The problem with the $400 hair cut, one can get a real good one for less than $50. Okay maybe it was a mistake or a whim, however Edwards appears to "primp". This does not go over well with some other leaders.

There was an issue with Edwards neighbors some time ago that should have been controlled better.

He is an attorney.

I would prefer to see Kerry or Gore in the field.

Having said that I like Edwards, he is aggressively taking a stand.
