You will find that nowhere in the Bible. Try reading it sometimes if you seek to be a critic. Another self worshipper trying to make himself more than God. Read for yourself instead of being a bystander pointing out the flaws of 'religion.' The atom did not create itself. Nor did it design itself.

Actually, E-man, I think you're making a strong argument for banning marriage, as it is in violation of the 1st amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

You are confused. There is provision for freedom of expression, particularly in the marriage bed. And that is the ONLY place that sex should occur.

Moreover, there is the civil ceremony to register with Caesar and the religious ceremony to register with God.
