I know a few posters from the HBO/SFU and at least one from HBO/RT who will definitely make a B line for the nearest Baskin Robbins when they hear this.

This morning they talked about Jackie's multiple houses on Long Island, specifically about one on the water that flooded periodically, he couldn't get it insured.
