Not a fuckin' chance. Helping Hillary out isn't an act of unity, it's appeasing a monster. I won't donate to Obama's campaign if he bails her out. Having any connection to Hillary is highly divisive.

You're missing the point. Obama's campaign has been about hope and change. You may not...strike that...you highly dislike Hillary, but if Obama's campaign can help her out, don't you think her supporters might see him in a better light?

Those few who wouldn't vote for Obama under any condition before this won't change their mind. For those who'll vote for Obama after Hillary's out will do so regardless.

They'll just have to eat the loss. Any act of inclusion of Hilary will let her sink her claws into Obama's administration and damage it from within while derailing any meaningful change.

After this thread was posted, a moderator and I (both Obama supporters) were called "stupid fucking catty elitist bitches" by a classy Hillary supporter. Therefore, I cannot take these calls
for civility very seriously.

A pro-Obama article or a credibly-sourced article that criticizes Hillary makes the poster a "Hillary basher." Several of us have repeatedly invited Hillary supporters to post pro-Hillary articles, but
it doesn't happen.

lol........ Perhaps it will take a little time.. They can join the fans of the Edwards fans & all the rest......... Nary a peep out of them now days.....

Once the deal is done there will be no need to fight the last war...... Unless of course she is the VP nominee......... Then the gloves will come off for some good O' mud tossing..........

The Edwards supporters here had a lot of class. I don't recall
any white trash personal attacks on Obama supporters.

I will be happy to---two weeks after she tells her last lie or makes her last racist remark.

Trouble is everytime I start the two week clock I get about an hour countdown and SHABAM! There she goes again!

In reality Eric. Those who want some relief from the bombardment are going to have to come to grips that lying, and inaccuracies and other despicable behaviors are NOT acceptable---they never were---even if they had determined to vote to keep them in our politics.

The bar being set is not about feigned unity or or "let's all get along" speeches or PC language. It is about substanitive changes.

When the Hillary people sober up and examine the sort of things that have been reflected about them in their support of the most HEINOUS political whoring EVER displayed by a member of this party MAYBE they will find ways to grow a set and stand up for principles that supercede politics.

Then ---- guess what----the attacks will miraculously stop! Go figure........
