I have been on the Naval Observatory grounds (Gore's) and though it is beautiful and has its own large telescope, it is too far from the real action for Hillary and Bill. Some embassies all around there for Bill to creep around in but they would not be happy. They do have a house in Georgetown though. Just down the street from the White House.
