That is bull and you know it. A fertilized egg is the instant of becoming a human being. The microsecond the spearm enters the egg, human life begins. We need a Constitutional Amendment to protect the helpless ones trapped in a hostile body.

The state would do it because there should be the death penalty for murder. Capital punishment is not wrong. Where do you get your morality from?
