We are shifting things around here and I like it
With Hillary backing off I see that people here are too and I think that's great. As I said the other day, she seems to be running a nice and clean campaign since last weekend and it's a side of her I like. I see absolutely no reason to kick her while she's down and think if she wants to make a statement by hanging in there until the end then more power to her.
She sent a great message today about supporting Obama over McCain and that she would work for him if he is the nominee. Hopefully, even though some of her supporters may never like Obama, they will come together for the good of the Democratic party. |

I think she's working on how to shank Obama while all he sees is a smile.

Besides, what good does it do anyone to bash her after she's stopped other than to promote more division? |

nope. S.O.S. - different day
another day; another zillion bashings against Hillary.. But she'll be old news come June. Then the McCain bashing will come into play.

Well Teri B is gone (for the most part). And RK77 is for Obama. So there's nobody who rants like those two.
There is also less difference between McCain and Bush than there is between Obama and John Kerry. America votes for whom they like. IS Obama more likeable than McCain. Having met both of them many times, they are equally Likealble to me, but what about bubba in the Red States and other places? The Teri B's of the world? Would Teri B vote for McCain over Obama? I think she would. |

To me the baby step is seeing more substance to posts. There may be the same level of animosity.....but that goes up and done on a pretty regular bases anyway.
Sure there has been a step up in negative threads about Clinton but the debates within them have much more information. I can see it. There may never be a group hug here....but that may be a good thing...what with the shank Idea and all! LOL! ![]() |
