well clearly this is not the common knowledge i thought it was, so it might be a good idea if you read up on this a bit so we can have a real discussion:

critical infrastructure programme

national infrastructure protection plan

infrastructure worst case scenarios

sustainable infrastructure

and just an fyi, it's still not just about roads, cars, planes, trains and sewer lines...
