I don't think it would make any difference in the long run.
LOTS of Hillary supporters I know of ( anecdotal -but a large sample) already say they aren't gonna vote for Obama.
Some will even vote Mccain. and some of that is because of the DNC's hit job on Florida.

I'm not sure if ANYTHING can put the Humpty Dumpty Party back together again.
