Just as this thread popped up I was thinking the same thing. He should be embarrased with such a small crowd.

When McCain attacked the foreign-policy of 'talking', only like two people even responded.

The silent-treatment is definitely the strategy of king's. Look at how effective your 3 year-olds are when they use it.

It's telling. Obama not only has popularity and charisma on his side, he's also got a huge bankroll. That combined with the fact that he's not afraid to pull punches with these bastards makes for a pretty good combo. Democrats will be wiping the floor with the old timers this year and it's going to be fun to watch.

Mike Allen does the math on tonight's speeches:

Senator Obama -- 2,451 words

"change" -- 16 times
"Clinton" -- 6 times
"McCain" -- 5 times
"Bush" -- 3 times

Senator McCain -- 3,171 words

"change" -- 33 times
"Obama" -- 20 times
"Bush" -- 7 times
"Clinton" -- 2 times
