Obama, Japan is ecstatic...

The town of Obama, Japan, upon receiving the news Barak Obama had become the presumtive nominee for President of the Democratic Party, broke out in cheers.
The town is sending a delegation to the United States to congratulate the Senator on his victory.

Around the world, similar sentiments of pleasure are being expressed.
People in Berlin, Germany, where a young JFK electrified them with his "I am a Berliner" speech, see Obama as a sort of second JFK because of his youth and political substance.

In Kenya, where his grandmother lives, Obama is thought of as being "one of us".
