When the said content poses a real threat or grave danger.

There is one line or wording in the US that will get you arrested no matter what the intention is. A threat against the president.

On that note assault is defined as making verbal threats against anybody which could reasonably make a person fear for their life....

any and all threads relating to bill and/or hillary clinton will need to be started in the general politics forum from now on...this forum is for the general election now and unless hillary clinton somehow becomes the democratic nominee or obama's vice presidential running mate, then there is no longer any reason for threads about her to be in here...

if you wanna debate her behaviour in the primary elections, general politics is the place to do it as the primaries are over...
