First, my apologies to RK for incorrectly referring to her as a dude earlier in this thread. Now that I've gotten to know her a little better I would say she reminds me of a calmed down CJ.

I donated directly to my local office yesterday. I even volunteered to make phone calls tomorrow night. I put an Obama lawn sign in my yard.

It does seem though that there really ought to be a bit more than $200 odd dollars donated through a political site such as this one.

I supported Ron Paul through the primaries. I still have Ron Paul buttons and bumper stickers.

Now I have a Barack Obama sign on my lawn that I purposely overpaid for.

I'm praying and daring to hope and I hope to make these last days before the election count.

I haven't voted yet but will probably make an effort to do so early here in Florida.

I told my mother that I will probably cry on Nov. 4th regardless of the outcome -- it will be the emotions that will accompany those tears that will vary greatly. I hope it to be emotions of great relief and overflowing happiness.

I decided to spend a few hours campaigning because I cannot think to myself after this election that I did not do anything. I will not have done enough but at least I will have done something.

I am also guilty of donating through avenues outside of this site too.

I am just glad to see so many people all over the country contributing to his campaign however they decide to do it.
