It was also reported that the Feinstein house meeting was cool. I have competed against people like Hillary and Bill and they are just so selfish that they are incapable of empathizing or supporing anything but their own desires.

Yes----and her speech was designed to try to keep herself as a POWERFUL enemy.

She certainly was not ready to return her voters to the party or over to Obama.

But in reality---that is a smart political move for any politician.

It will all COMPLETELY depend on whether her voters can be "delivered"!

The fact is that she may well have a shit load of Operation Chaos people in her folds --- and her power base may not really be all that great.

Well that was apparent as she persisted in implying that all the causes she discussed were those of Hillary and Hillary alone----not those of the party or of Obama.

Still --- she covered the ground she needed to cover.

She showed NO respect for those who supported Obama----none, not a sentence--- and that was not a good thing.

That speech should have been ALL about Obama. It was not. She is a problem going forward. Yet now a problem UNDER the radar screen. And Bill is known to be vicious when wounded.

She did not say ONE word about Obama positions or issues. The only case she made was----"he is better than having a repuke".

Definitely a back hand round about compliment. CERTAINLY NOT any attempt to say Obama will be an Okay president or even a good president.

I get the sense that Hillary does not think that any black parents are saying "see, you can be whatever you want to be".

Hillary pisses on people by exclusions everytime she speaks.

But it was the most you could hope for from someone like Hillary.

I think he is going to have to point her on the ticket at VP or he will be fighting Hillary and Bush right up through November.

Just as Hillary had no choice but to make this speech today, I think Obama will have no choice but to pick Hillary for VP.
