I believe Obama's biggest problem is going to be Reverand Wright.

My suggestion for defusing this is for Obama's campaign to use against McCain ONLY McCain's own words and McCain's own votes.

Plenty of good fodder there.

A strategy of "Hold me accountable for MY words, not the words of others."

I also hope that all the rank and file supporters of both Hillary and obama will follow the lead of their candidate and look forward, not back, and work together to put Obama in the White House.

Plus, let's see if we can't give him some long coat tails.

If you are so worried about Obama's strategy, you should be worried about the McCain campaign using Hillary's slimes of Obama. There are already two RNC ads in which they quote Hillary dissing Obama.
She has done Karl Rove's job for him.

Yes, Obama is still black and that still bothers voters like you. Deal with it. Vote for McCain. Just
don't keep posting about Jeremiah Wright.

He's been pretty much vetted with Wright, I am sure it will still come up but not like it did before, they beat the one to death. Don't forget that McCain has pastor problems of his own to contend with.

Twenty years with Rev. Wright proves Obama is not a Muslim. I hate to ask, but are all of Rev. Wright's sermons 'controversial', or did they cherry-pick the most damaging one they could find?

You liberals simply do not know how to think like Conservative Republicans. Allow me:

Private investigators are scouring Chiicago and New York for the guys and gals Obama did drugs with. All they need is one who Obama EVER passed a joint to to get him to embellish (for cash of course - just remember how the Dems did Clarence Thomas) the story and make Obama look like a druggie. The Wright Thing was beaten to death and Americans dont like reruns. Bring out Marion Barry (he still cant resist national attention) to talk about drug abuse.

Show images of black-on-black murder and its association with drugs and then show images of Obama, Barry getting busted and more images of street murder. Run it relentlessly. Then continuously ask him about drug use.
