The reason they can't take two minutes to educate themselves is because, I swear to that great God, they think they know everything! My mom is still living on the farm in such a place. She's no longer in the best of health, but other family members and neighbors are so damn stubborn and self righteous, they won't listen to anyone or anything.

It's frustrating that there are such closed minded people around. And believe me, they do vote.

Not all of them will, but I agree that Mr. Obama will win with the votes of others. And if it is God's will, then so be it.

In Obama's own words he said that if a president achieves at least one or two major agenda items a year he is doing well. I don't care how you spin it, that is realistic. I think Bush is the ultimate scum and fucked us up beyond what any other president has. However, he is only responsible for so much, some things like the mortgage crisis are cyclical and will happen anyway and there are only so many things politics can be accountable for.

Think it would help if he chose Pat Robertson as his running mate?

Says a man who owns a message board and spends inordinate time online. You'd be surprised how many people have no internet familiarity, how many people go onto a computer only for email...or not at all.

Newsprint? TV? RADIO?

The problem is not that people won't take two minutes to educate themselves, it's that NO AMOUNT OF TIME clarifies WHO IS LYING.

Lying is rampant. Everyone know it. But, somehow, people are Ignorant if they don't take a man whose positions are changing quicker than dirty diapers at his word.

Rope people into religion by giving them cheap gas. Well, that's one way to get them into the pughs I guess. Catchy!

Okay. So there are some bumps in the road with Bush at the END of his second term. You NEVER give him credit for his biggest achievement: KEEPING US SAFE FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS.

Come on Eric.
