Do you see anything WRONG with Christian values? Rightly applied?
I am not particurally religious, so I'm neutral on Christianity.
They are a good value system i agree.

But c'mon . comparision to Mao are overblown.

All I really want is a president who can "make the trains run ontime"
Get our ecomomy moving again
( renegotiate the trade agrements, - appoint a trade prosecutor)

I do worry about Obama's desire to get out of Iraq, without consolidating the gains we've made there.
But I also think we've had way to much Neo-Con worldview.

Neither thrill me on foreign policy, but domestic health care reform won't happen under Mccain

I have no big hopes for either - but on balance support Obama

I get it. You are attempting 'humor.'

At the expense of GW.

Clearly you hate the GOP AND the U.S. Military.

They are Americans too you know.

Acknowledging it is a good value system is a good start.

Not really. Mao was a godless man and worshipped himself. I know I say that a lot about many here but he was the epitome of self worship. Self worshippers make very dangerous leaders. I do not believe Obama or McCain are self worshippers, but of the two, Obama is an unknown quantity at the national and international level. I usually know how the Christian mind works so it puts me at ease.

Yet the president has no real power over the trains or the economy (well AMTRAK is a socialist experiment). He has the bully pulpit of the presidency to 'inspire the people.' He signs bills that Congress formulates even though he can initiate his ideas through his party leaders.

Yet foreign policy is crucial in a terrorist world. What will either do if China invades Taiwan? What will either do if Iran gets its hands on a nuke and uses it against Jerusalem? At least both are Christians so I have a good idea of what their responses will be. Obama though has less experience in military matters, so McCain clearly wins in that category.

You two are greatly misinformed.
The correct term first of all is Late Term abortion.
P-b abortion was a term dreamed up by a right-wing staffer to catch the attention of unsuspecting people like you.
It is well known and documented that most Late term abortions are done for medical reasons when the fetus had died and will not live once born.
There was an excellent article written about this in January's Vogue.
Thanks to people like you, a woman who's fetus has died in her womb would have to carry a dead or dying fetus to term.
So nice that you don't give a darn about a living, pregnant and vulnerable woman able to make that difficult choice to with her doctor.
So much for being "pro-life" when you could be so misinformed and give a crap about the emotional and physical suffering of a family.
Think ignoring the truth will make it go away....?!

Call it what it is: Baby Murder by the mother. A rose by any other name is still a rose. If it walks and quacks like a duck.

People should have more respect for the power of sex. Then they would not want to murder their babies.

I submit that the same people who are not serious about fucking are the same ones who murder their babies.

That is simply NOT true.

Most Late term abortions are done for medical reasons because something has gone seriously wrong with the fetus.

Show some independent thought!

I lost a child that way. So do not seek to lecture to me about this. The child was dead in the womb though and not alive.

Protect all children after conception.

What has gone wrong with the women of the world?
