He alledgedly told the joke in 1986, 22 years ago. A little detail Winthop left out; you have to go to the link to find this out.
It was beyond stupid, but reminds me of the sorta thing men in certain settings might tell. It wasn't funny, it was tasteless and low class. I've told you all...McCain is a boob.
