After interviewing some of the Hillho's folks Matthews attempted to get voices from the other side.

The lunatics acted like they were in a psychiatric drum ward of the olden days and freaked out.....

So Matthews made it clear ----these people are insane!

That is an up front and personal impression.

Wonder who the freaks will try to blame that on?

I missed the interview, but Matthews is still talking about it. He called them "wacko" and said they were like deranged people you see ranting at the Port Authority.

Apparently they were talking about an investigation by a former senator whom they would not identify into the "fact" that Obama is a certified Muslim.

I have to admire Matthews for making an attempt to make us see what these PUMAs really are.

Well I am biased but they looked just like I had imagined the loons would.

One crazy woman asked Matthews if he needed his ears cleaned out.

They would not shut up for any of the rest of his interviews.

I was surprised to see McCain people out there too----they must not have anything better to do.

i was watching that and my mom called and was really pissed he kept talking to them.

the really obnoxious mouthy one obviously was attempting to look like and "channel" ann coulter! i found that VERY amusing.

That's an old rightie tactic called deflection. Ever get into it with one of them, catch them in a half truth about the war in Iraq and then they turn around and yell "Income redistribution!" They'll toss everything out if they know they're drowning and their revisionist sense of history makes them really careless.

Matthews kept pushing him to answer the question. When he finally answered the question he rather sheepishly answered yes and embarrassed himself. Check out the HRC board those people are absolutely nuts. All a bunch of fox fans now.

I saw Matthews really slam a right wing radio dolt a few months back, some third tier Douche Limbaugh type who kept invoking the specter of Neville Chamberlin in a debate about troop withdrawal from Iraq and the guy couldn't respond at all when asked about Chamberlin's significance in history, nothing about the disputed Sudatenland of what was Czechoslovokia in 1938 or "peace in our time", you know all the stuff you probably learned in eighth grade history class. I think there's a whole legion of mental light weights out there in the ranks of GOP defenders right now.
